• Migration of operations to a cloud environment, with elasticity and performance to scale
• Complete modernization of the DRP, reinforcing resilience and recovery in critical scenarios

We did not deliver a tool. We delivered architecture with purpose, governance as a central discipline, not as a project appendix.
