About the role:

Estamos contratando um(a) PMO Sênior para liderar a governança e gestão do portfólio de Tecnologia na Alelo! Se você domina indicadores, gestão financeira de projetos (budget/forecast) e transita com facilidade entre times técnicos e executivos, essa oportunidade é para você.

Responsibilities:

Gerenciar o portfólio de TI, cronogramas, milestones e riscos de entregas complexas.
Estruturar indicadores, dashboards em Power BI e status reports executivos.
Garantir o controle orçamentário (budget x forecast x realizado).
Facilitar a comunicação entre TI, áreas de negócio e fornecedores.

Requirements:

Experiência sólida como PMO / Gerente de Projetos de TI.
Domínio de metodologias Ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e Tradicionais.
Vivência em ferramentas de gestão: Jira, MS Project, EPM ou similares.
Power BI e Excel/PowerPoint intermediário a avançado.
Formação superior completa em TI, Engenharia, Administração ou correlatas.
Diferenciais: Vivência no setor financeiro/meios de pagamento, certificações (PMP, PSM, ITIL) e projetos de Segurança da Informação/IAM.
