About the role:

Ser responsável pela gestão e sustentação da CMDB (Configuration Management Database) dentro do ServiceNow, garantindo que as informações estejam corretas, atualizadas, organizadas e em conformidade.

Responsibilities:

  • Principais atividades
  • Administrar e manter a CMDB no ServiceNow;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e métricas relacionados à CMDB;
  • Identificar inconsistências, informações incompletas ou fora do padrão e realizar a “sanitização” da base;
  • Fazer a gestão da qualidade e integridade dos dados;
  • Interagir com diferentes áreas de TI e demais áreas envolvidas;
  • Cobrar, acompanhar e tracionar as atividades necessárias para regularização da CMDB;
  • Garantir que as pendências sejam tratadas e que os processos de gestão de configuração sejam cumpridos;
  • Atuar de forma bastante proativa e independente, conduzindo a rotina da ferramenta.
