Growing 35% per year requires more than just a pipeline and new contracts. It requires that each delivery supports the next. It is with this perspective that the Taking Group announces Frederico Kastrup as the new Vise President of Operations — an executive with 33 years of experience in technology and a career built in some of the world's largest consulting firms and IT service providers. The arrival of Kastrup is not an isolated move. It is part of a structure that Taking has been consolidating to support a growth that, in 2025, ended with a revenue of approximately R$ 150 million and projects R$ 202.5 million for 2026. A career built on complexity Frederico Kastrup joins Taking with a background that spans global companies and high-demand operational contexts. He was executive director of business process solutions at Deloitte, program manager at Oracle, senior consultant at EY, director of applications and digital at Tivit, and senior director in the United States at Avanade. He also worked at NTT Data, Capgemini, Infor, BRQ, Tata Consultancy, and Unisys — and more recently was VP and board member at Engine Brasil, an SAP consultancy, and CEO of Prime Control, a Paraná-based company specializing in software testing and quality. It is not a path of a single specialty. It is a trajectory of large-scale operation — with technical depth, governance vision, and understanding of how technology translates into business results. What changes with this leadership At Taking, Kastrup takes charge with a focus on three fronts: processes, methodologies, and governance. The goal is to ensure that the quality and consistency of deliveries keep pace with the company's expansion — and that the portfolio evolves in a structured manner, not just reactively. "My expectation is to position Taking among the best IT service providers, mainly due to the quality of delivery." To achieve this, one of the priorities will be to ensure that we have qualified professionals and the necessary conditions to deliver our clients' business objectives," says Kastrup. The phrase summarizes well what is at stake. In a market where the supply of technology expands faster than the ability to deliver it consistently, quality ceases to be a differentiator and becomes a requirement. It is at this point that Taking wants to position itself — and it is exactly what this leadership aims to reinforce. Structure to grow consistently With over 31 years of operation, more than 130 corporate clients, and around a thousand employees, we operate in five areas: Oracle Solutions, AI applied with TateAI, Digital Workplace, Digital Data & Design, and ADM. The partnership with Oracle, which has lasted for over two decades, and the recent entry into the Anthropic Claude Partners Network expand the reach of our portfolio at a time when AI is no longer just a topic but a business infrastructure. The arrival of a VP of Operations with Kastrup's profile is the right move at the right time: when the company grows, it is the operations that ensure the delivery does not lose quality along the way.
